Drawing from 20+ years as an accomplished attorney at Fortune-class, global corporations, and international law firms.  Juan Carlos Luna most recently served as Director of Legal Projects – Europe and Global Regions for Hewlett Packard Corporation, where he transformed HP’s legal infrastructure to establish a more efficient, business-driven organization.

During his 12 years at HP and two companies that were acquired by HP (Compaq and EDS), Mr. Luna managed Latin American legal operations, focusing on in-house team management; outsourced counsel management; distribution; compliance; M&A projects; operational performance; legal governance and operation of multiple subsidiaries.

In the 1990s, Mr. Luna began his career at two law firms, Barrera, Siqueiros & Torres Landa in Mexico City and Bracewell & Patterson in Washington, D.C.  He earned a Juris Doctor from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City and a Master of Law (LL.M) from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.

Acted for many years of Board Member of the Association of Corporate Counsel (Houston Chapter), and as co-founder of the Houston Abogados Corporativos group.


Ramon Galvan

With more than 25 years of experience, Ramón has provided senior legal executive experience to dozens of growing companies in Mexico, including public and private top tier companies. He brings the experience of consultative, proactive legal counsel to companies that have not traditionally had access to such resources.

He has served as In-house counsel and special legal advisor to the Mexican Financial Sector,  including  Bancomer and Serfin, and supported commercial operations of diverse industries, including responsibilities as legal counsel to transnational Companies including GE.

Ramón is a Federal Commercial Notary, Authorized Appraiser, Arbitrator, Mediator Agent, and currently, acts as Secretary of the National Commercial Notary Association (Colegio Nacional de Correduria)

Graduate from Universidad Iberoamericana, with specialized degrees in Foreign Trade and Corporate Law. He is a member of the Mexican Bar Association.
